Reviews are the heart of Distiller. Every time you try a spirit, you can record what you thought of it — and share it with the community if you like.
Go to the page of any spirit and tap Add Review. A review can include:
A star rating (0–5)
Tasting notes — what you smelled, tasted, and how it finished
Flavor tags — the most prominent flavors you're tasting
A photo — the bottle, your glass, or whatever captures the moment
Location and price paid — handy for remembering where you found it and what it cost
You can post your review publicly, or save it as private if you'd rather keep your notes to yourself. Private reviews can't be commented on or liked by other users.
When you write a review, you'll see the most commonly used flavor tags for that spirit for quick access. Tap Show more tags to search or browse the full list — there are 84 flavor tags that work across most spirit types, distilled from more than 1.5 million community reviews and refined with our Tasting Table experts. Add as many as you like.
Your flavor tags do real work: the three most commonly tagged flavors across all reviews make up the flavor profile shown on each spirit page.
