You can delete your Distiller account yourself at any time — no need to email support.
Before you delete: Distiller Pro subscribers
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a Distiller Pro subscription. If you have an active Pro subscription, cancel it first — otherwise you may continue to be billed even after your account and content are gone. See Canceling Your Distiller Pro Subscription for instructions, or email us at [email protected] and we'll help.
How to delete your account
Go to Distiller.com and sign in to your account.
Click My Profile in the top right of the page.
Click Settings on the left side of the page.
Beneath the Save Changes button, click Delete Account.
On the confirmation page, let us know why you're deleting your account (optional, but it helps us improve).
Click Delete My Account to confirm.
What happens when you delete
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted:
Your data is completely removed from the Distiller system
We no longer have a record of your email address, account name, reviews, comments, likes, lists, or any other activity
You will no longer receive emails from us
Deleted accounts cannot be retrieved, so if you think you might come back, consider simply logging out instead.
