How Do I Report Bugs?

While we work very hard to ensure an enjoyable experience, the reality is that with thousands of different types of phones and computers out there, things will sometimes go wrong.  

Reporting Bugs Using Your App

The Distiller App now allows you to report a bug easily from within the app itself. If you receive an error message, you'll automatically see a bug reporting page. Just fill out the form and we'll investigate and get back to you.  

While you're using the app, if something isn't working correctly simply shake your phone. A bug reporting page will pop up on your screen.  

Reporting Bugs Using Email
