Canceling Distiller Pro

If you'd like to cancel your Distiller Pro email, there are several ways you can go about it.

Distiller sends an automated email 30 days before your account renews and you'll be charged again to remind you about the upcoming charge.

If you are unsure of how much you'll be charged you can always check your payment history in your Subscription settings, or you can email us at to ask.

If you don't wish to renew, you can do this from your profile page while logged in. Read more about how to do that below.

Canceling on the website

To cancel your Pro subscription on the website, make sure you're logged in, then go to your Profile by clicking My Profile in the top right of the screen.

Then, click Pro Subscription under your profile picture. From there you can export your reviews, update your payment method, or cancel your auto renewal.

Canceling in the app

To cancel your Pro subscription in the app, make sure you are logged in, then go to your Profile by tapping your profile picture in the top left of the Home screen.

Scroll down to Manage Subscription. From there you will see your renewal date, contact links, and a link to cancel your subscription.

Getting a refund

If you believe we have charged your account in error, or you'd like a refund, please email us at You can also ask for help in canceling your account by emailing us.

If you would like a refund for a different reason, please email us explaining what that reason is.

Deleting your account & Distiller Pro

Deleting your Distiller account does not automatically cancel your Distiller Pro subscription. If you'd like to cancel your subscription, you need to either follow the steps above, or contact us at for assistance. If you simply delete your account, you'll no longer be able to post reviews and your content will be deleted, but your actual paid account will remain active unless you explicitly cancel it or ask for our help in doing so.
